Portland again

It's strange flying to Portland, it takes nearly six hours to get here from New York which is virtually enough time to get back to the UK. Although in many ways despite being in the same country it is like another world.

Right now I'm sat outside Peet's Cafe in what should be rush hour and it's fantastically quiet, relaxed and just perfect fall weather. It's kind of hard to get a handle on as a city and as an area in a strange way it feels more like a village then a city. It's got quite a cool creative vibe going on and some great stores and bars.

Defiantly the kind of place you want to come for a vacation, if only I wasn't here for meetings :(

Yankees

With their new home nearly complete we wanted to make sure we got to see the Yankees at their historic stadium before it gets torn down - Unfortunately they lost to the White Sox.
